Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective as outlined below:
- Damaged Products: Products are considered damaged if they exhibit physical or chemical harm that makes them unfit for consumption or use.
- Defective Products: A product is deemed defective if it causes harm due to a design, manufacturing, or packaging defect.
Storage Conditions
Certain products require specific storage conditions, as mentioned on their packaging. To enjoy them in the best possible quality and avoid spoilage or contamination, please adhere to these guidelines. Products not stored or used as per these instructions are ineligible for returns or refunds.
Minor Packaging Issues
We strive to deliver products in excellent condition. However, minor dents or scratches in the packaging do not affect the quality or safety of the product. If you notice a significant dent, leakage, or other major issues, please refrain from using the product and contact our support team immediately.
Shelf Life
Each product clearly indicates its “Best Before” or expiry date. Products well within their shelf life at the time of delivery are considered fit for use. Returns based solely on the shelf life will not be entertained unless the product received has less than 20% of its shelf life remaining.
General Return Conditions
For a return to be eligible:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within seven days of delivery for non-perishable items and within two days for perishable items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within the above timelines. We will provide a replacement after inspecting the returned product.
Refund Process
Refunds are initiated once the returned product passes a quality check. Timelines for refunds are as follows:
- Bank Transfer (NEFT): 1-3 business days.
- Wallet Refunds: Instant.
- Online Payments: 7-10 business days, depending on the bank.
In case of discrepancies, we may require additional proof, such as a bank statement screenshot.
Self-Shipping Returns
If you choose to self-ship the return:
- Use a reliable courier service and share the courier receipt with us for reimbursement.
- Ensure the receipt includes package weight, shipment date, and destination details.

Declined Return Requests
Return requests may be declined if:
