General Delivery Policy

Delivery Commitment
We strive to deliver all products purchased from Kolhapuri Gul in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. For all subsequent orders with a value of Rs. 750* or more, we offer free doorstep delivery. A minimal shipping fee will apply to orders under Rs. 750, depending on the items in your cart.

Shipping Address
Products will be shipped to the address provided by you, ensuring all details are accurate. Once the products are handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss and title passes to you, as per the shipping contract.

Signature and Address Accuracy
We are not responsible for orders signed for by a third party other than the person who placed the order. Additionally, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided during the order. Orders cannot be redirected to alternate addresses once placed.

Delivery Area
Products will only be delivered to cities where they are listed as available on the Kolhapuri Gul website.

Post-Delivery Damage
Kolhapuri Gul is not liable for any damage caused to products after delivery. Please check the condition of your items upon arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds
If your order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the entire amount, including any shipping charges paid online.

Return Shipping Charges
If you choose to return an order, shipping charges will not be refunded. In cases of excessive returns or refused shipments, a delivery fee of Rs. 50-150 will be applied to all future orders, regardless of order value.

Order value is calculated after applying discounts, VAT, GST, or any other applicable charges.

Fair Usage Policy

Account Behavior
While we aim to provide the best experience, we’ve observed that certain accounts excessively return items or refuse shipments, which impacts our ability to serve regular customers. To ensure fairness, we reserve the right to charge a shipping fee of Rs. 149 for all orders and disable cash-on-delivery for accounts with a high rate of returns or refused shipments.

You can easily check your order status by visiting the “Orders” section under your account on our website.

Delivery to Pin Code

Use the “Calculate Shipping” option on the cart page to check if Kolhapuri Gul delivers to your pin code. Simply enter your pin code to see available shipping options. We frequently update our serviceable pin codes, so if delivery is unavailable today, please check back later.

Delivery Process

All orders placed with Kolhapuri Gul are dispatched through reliable courier partners like Blue Dart, Delhivery, Lalamove, DHL, We Fast, Spot On, and more. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to track its location and estimated delivery time via email and SMS updates.

Address Change

If you wish to change the shipping address before your order has been dispatched, please contact our customer care team. Additional charges may apply if necessary.

Damage to Parcel

If your parcel is damaged, tampered with, or leaking upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will result in the claim being voided. To facilitate the process, kindly provide:

  • A brief description of the damage or issue.
  • Clear photos of the damaged parcel and any affected items (including all sides of the package).
  • Retain the original packaging for 3-4 days, as we may need it for investigation.

Refunds for prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders will be processed after investigation. Claims may be denied if required information or photos are not provided, or if the claim is not made within the stipulated time.

International Shipping

Shipping Outside India
We offer international shipping through trusted carriers like DHL, FedEx, and Aramex. Please note that international orders may incur customs duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. While most orders will not attract extra charges, you will be responsible for paying any additional fees that arise.

Customs and Duties
If applicable, you will need to settle any customs charges directly with DHL, FedEx, or Aramex at the time of delivery. We arrange for customs clearance, so your order will be delivered to your doorstep without delays.
